My name is Pema Choklang. I am from Rasuwa, Nepal. I used to live with my father and my elder brother. My father’s name is Rajendra and my brother’s name is Pema Ignyen(who shares same monastic life with me). I am six years old. I was studying in class I before I came to the monastery. Currently, I am studying English language and Tibetan Language. I also chant and read the Buddhist scriptures every day. My favorite subject is Tibetan. I am grateful to be here in the monastery far from my village to study further and gain amazing Buddhist knowledge and make beautiful memories with my friends here. I hope to study hard, become an educated monk and teach Buddhism and Dharma studies in the future.
